General Studio Policy


ALLERGIC REACTIONS: Any reactions to products is not foreseeable by Eye Love Beauty. All care is taken to ensure your safety, we will go over any contraindications such as allergies. If you experience an allergic reaction to any products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation.


APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS: To guarantee your appointment a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.


CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: We value your business and ask you to respect our business scheduling policies. Both your time and our artist's time are valuable, we understand life happens. Giving us proper notice will allow clients on our waitlist an opportunity to receive a service along with keeping our staff schedules filled, overall allows us to serve everyone better.


We kindly send out an email reminder 2 days prior to your appointment and a text message reminder 2 hours before your appointment. Please notify us 24hrs in advance during our hour's operation of any cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellation or no-shows with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.


CELLPHONES: Should be turned onto silent mode and put away while you are in treatment in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards this is especially crucial for eyebrow services, which involves the use of tweezers and scissors around the delicate eye area and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision for the artist. Please be courteous and respectful of artists' time and clients around you. We reserve the right to refuse service if you are neglectful with the use of your device.


CHILDREN: We strive to give all our guests a relaxing environment, we love our mamas and babies but in order to do so, we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing in small children or infants to their appointments. Our artists are focused on delivering the best possible service and they are unable to monitor young ones while doing so.


LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to cancel your appointment and a 50% fee will apply. Being late results in our artist running over into other clients' reserved appointment times.


PAYMENTS/GRATUITY: We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. Gratuity is not included in the pricing and is recommended for any service you have and genuinely appreciated.


PETS: Even though we love them not every guest is comfortable with them we kindly ask that you leave them at home unless they are a service animal.


PRICING: We do our best to keep our pricing as fair as possible, due to inflation with supplies, etc at times the studio pricing may occasionally rise. We reserve the right to increase prices without further notice. However, if you have ordered but have not yet paid for a service, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.


REFUNDS: When scheduling an appointment with us, you are purchasing our artist's time and expertise. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received by one of our artists, please contact us within 48hrs of initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sue you are satisfied with the results. 

We do not offer returns on any packages, services or cosmetic products.


Microstrokes/Permanent Brow Tint Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness.


Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed.  We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. 


PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal would be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.


Although we make our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.


A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.


Additional appointments will be charged according to our current prices. Your second session, if needed, may be scheduled no sooner than 4 to 6 weeks following your first session. You must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again. Refresher appointments are generally required every 1-2 years.
